Oh is Sunday night again and sadly, I GOT WORK TOMORROW. What a sad news!!! I think all of us, no matter what collars you are or even school kids, will experience this kind of feeling during Sunday night, and Monday blue during first day of work or school of a week... Weekend is just too fast to get over like spaceshot and two days of weekend are seriously not enough for me... =/

I always want to write down what I have gone through in a week, what activities done with my love one, what nice food we have enjoyed, where we have been though both of us are also having internships, sadly I always feel tired after a day of work, and wish for more resting time instead of spending time writing on the blog... Sorry to say I am a lazy fellow, forgive me to update my blog so slowly and lazily...

I guess most of you have heard of Manhanttan Fish Market's promotion along last week, which is from 2-6 July 2012, about if you get yourself a set of Freesh 'n Cheese meal, you can get another identical set, at only RM30.70. Yes, both sets only cost you RM30.70(well of course additional charges are excluded). Drink and Soup of the day are included along with this meal. Here is the promotion flyer:

First of all, the promotion flyer is awesome right? Oh my taste buds starts to get activated by just looking at this flyer, and my saliva is slowly flowing down... Look so yummy!!! So I decided to enjoy this meal on 3 July, with my babe(means my hubby, hehe), after work. Though it was just second day of my internship, hmm what's wrong getting myself indulge in delicious food so that I have more energy for my work? And most important is, since me and my babe are only internees, we always search for promotional and yet nice food to feel our hunger. And I love enjoying all these with my babe. =3

The time we reached Manhattan Fish Market at Mid Valley, it was already 8pm and MFM(Manhanttan Fish Market) was still full of people! I nearly forgot that we need to show the liking of  the Facebook page of MFM to get this offer, so we search around for free wifi since we needed to queue up a bit for our turn. What I think was the prove to show liking of Facebook page was a bit troublesome since not everyone has a smartphone with internet access(And in Mid Valley, we hardly found any stable wifi around). After we successfully connected and got back to queue, within a few minutes, it was already our turn and we managed to take our seat. At that time, we were actually so hungry and yet tired since we were after work that day. The waiter served us within a minute we sat down, and straight away we ordered the promotion sets, not even needed to show the Facebook's liked page. Glad to see that. For me, if a company really wants to promote an offer, I don't think there is a need of setting rules to get the offer. For MFM, I am glad that there were still stocks available while it was already after 8pm. Else I would be very down of the waitress told me "Sorry we have run out of stock, please come again tomorrow." Luckily MFM din't let me down and I enjoy my meals happily. Great job MFM!

We din't really wait for a veryyyyy loooooong time for our meals to be served, just only waited like 8-10minutes. It was really efficient since at the same time, MFM was full of people and there were people waiting outside too. The contents in the Freesh 'n Cheese meal were as below:

1) Two slides of Deep Fried Dolly Fish

2) French Fries with sauce

3) Salad

4) Special sauce for flavor enhance

5) Drink

6) Soup of the day

First of all, I truly loved the Deep Fried Dolly Fish. The outer layer were so crunchy, and the fish meat underneath the fried layer, were so soft and fresh! Awesome taste for me, and the unknown sauce matched so perfectly with the fried dolly slides. Wondering what sauce was that? And the french fries with sauce, they enlightened me too, the fries were freshly made and were still hot, and were crunchy and thick in size as well. Just some small drawbacks on the salad, the sauce for salad were not enough and the portions were quite small. The service there was satisfied for us, but felt that we din't really have much interactions with those service staff, and yet we are charged for service. As overall, I love this promotions very much as we came with empty stomach, but we left with 100% fulfillment. 

Lots of patterns from my babe, I know he loved it too(<3). He hardly finished the meals as he said the portion was quite big for him. However, in the end, he still finished it without any leftover. (<3)
