Nostalgia for Flyff - Flyff All Stars is back, as mobile 3D?!

Aha! You hear it right this time. Yes Flyff is back elegantly as mobile 3D action RPG, known as Flyff All Stars, now available in both iOS and Android! The moment the game advertisement popped under my eyelid in Facebook, I got myself "stun" and "WOW, seriously? Flyff is able to play in smartphone?" Next second quickly drilled to App store, searched for Flyff and clicked the "Install" button without hesitating. Unbelievably my fingers done all these on their own, and my brain unconditionally approved those actions. Too excited maybe? Yes. Indeed. I miss Flyff sooooOOOO much. Well, thank to Mark Zuckerberg for developing Facebook, and gracious thank to Flyff team for extensively promoting Flyff on social medias, now I am finally able to connect back to Flyff!

For your information, Flyff All Stars is somehow quite big different in style of game play compared to Flyff Online. In Flyff Online, as long as you are online, you are basically free to hunt for monsters, experience, penya (Oh God even after stop playing Flyff Online for 5 years, unbelievably I still can remember the currency in game), bosses, everything. Well in Flyff All Stars, "Wing" (auto generating every 10 minutes) is needed to enter a dungeon, a hunting ground with normal monsters, and the one waiting for you at the end of each dungeon is the boss with longer hp/the one hitting you harder. Finish clearing the dungeon, it grants you rewards, either in term of Timed Zone Ticket, Hero, Golds, Crystals for forging equipment, or you might GET NUTS... It is like the peaks and lows in life, sometimes you got what you aim of, sometimes something better is ahead and prompting you to try again, sometimes unexpectedly you got nothing for your hard work. Haha experiencing life in game, are you interested to try this game out? :D 

Ohya those who completed the dungeon in shortest time, you are entitled to be the "Dungeon Master" for the dungeon completed in shortest run time. Your name will be there and awaiting others to kick you down from your "crown" when others complete the dungeon with much shorter time than you, HAHA! So far from what I observed to be a Dungeon Master, there are free Golds sending to inbox when someone beats your time. Hence, the longer you stay as Dungeon Master, more Golds are awarded. I like challenges, but recently there are "bots" where they are much lower level than me, sucker heros, finish the dungeon wayssssss faster than at my level. Please do something, those bots deserve a ban from spoiling our fun challenging the limit we can go.

If you considered yourself a hardcore type of player, let's be comrade buddy! Add me in game, more people the merrier! There are daily quests everyday where we need to help out each others, by summoning buddy while tackling harder dungeons/Timed Zone or you can deploy my hero to help out if you need me. Now GM also joins the crowd, remember to be friend with GM at flyffallstars. Free summoning of Tier ★7 hero to join your dungeon force. Aww unlucky today, I could be the first to summon GM's hero, but but but... I got no more comrade ticket! Please be wise in using your comrade ticket.

Through summoning or deploying hero, besides more helping hands, at the same time clearing daily quest, earning the most precious currency in game, the DIAMONDS! With diamonds, more fun things can be done, like summoning more high tier heros at the same time, purchasing experience boost up, more Golds and Crystals can be bought for upgrading. Other ways of getting more diamonds include:

• Level hero to level 30 (minimum level for fusion) and get free 5 diamonds 
• Join the fun of PKing in Arena! Fight more players, achieve high ranking, more diamonds as rewards
• Complete Daily and Hero Quests, especially the Dungeon Master Quest. Once completing the final round of Dungeon Master Quest, 500 diamonds will be laid at your inbox! Woot!
• Purchase the diamonds as you like from App Store.

The rich can always enjoy more exciting contents in the game. Play smart!

Arghh! I forget to introduce you the most important element in game, which is HERO! In Flyff Online, there are 4 basic classes, and you can further evolve to more specialized class. In Flyff All Stars, listen up, there are around 200 heros(should be) starting from Tier ★3, ★4, ★5, ★6 and ★7. There are PK Arena for respective tiers of hero. Eg. Tier ★5 hero can enter a ★5, ★6 and ★7 Arena but unable to enter Tier ★3 and ★4 Arena. Higher level tier upgraded hero can effectively "Power Level" lower level hero, which means higher level hero can bring the "small" level hero to fight in dungeons in later region, earning more experience and level faster.

Elemental wind fielding bunch of Mammoths in Azria and I am the cute leech to 'steal' experience. This is so much fun but tends to heart attack easily! Be warn if you have a weak heart.

Higher tier heros grinding in higher region for leveling lower level hero.

Hoping for more events in future, and more freshly baked contents will be added to Flyff All Stars. I have a list of events/recommendations/lame ideas but here are few important features, finger crossing to see in later versions. Just my 2 cents in future game enhancements:

• Chat system PLEASEEEEEE, chit chatting is the best part of any game. Chat system would be able to make the game more lively.
• Trading system maybe? I enjoy game with trade system. At least you have something to do besides hard grinding, PK and what else? Please comment!
• I miss Clockwork. Can please bring back Clockwork? I miss soloing it with only my BillPoster as buffer. 
• Any event dungeon for raid? Free to hunt monsters with lavish drop and no time limit? 
• More items to purchase from Shop
• Where is the "FLY" element in FLYFF ALL STARS? Missing the time flying around either on Broom or Skateboard or Iforgotwhatsthenameoftheflyingboard. 

Flyff All Stars is much more simpler to play, and playable everywhere. Foreseeing if more contents added, it is a potential gem, potential diamond to rock the game market. I don't normally blog, when I do, I would like to blog about experiences and incidents that impact my life, deeply. Flyff is playing a big part in my life. I met so many in game brothers, friends from all over the world, teaming up together though we are from different backgrounds and having distinct cultures. I wish it will be eventually becoming better, much better. Last but not least, Happy 10th Anniversary for Flyff. <3

Nuffnang's Youth Credit Card Design

Hi everyone! Long time no blogging! Was getting busy since I am now a final year student :O Happy about myself is one more year and I will be graduating! Sad thing is I am now suffering for my FYP(Final Year Project)... But no matter how hard my life now, I am sure I can go through it, and graduating like a boss! Bring proud to my family! 

Cough, get my to my topic. The purpose I blog today is... Tadaa! My design for the Nuffnang's Youth Credit Card contest. Hmm... I am not an Art student, but I think I am enthusiastic enough in photographing. I love photographing, especially taking photo freely, whenever I am and wherever I am! 

So... For me, this is one of my precious photos taken along these years. That time was Form 4, and me and my classmates went for camping during a sunny day. Probably that day was my lucky day too, and see... I discovered a 4-leaf clover!!! Seriously a lucky day for me! I examined the clover under sun, realized that the sky was so wonderful, the sun was so bright and I felt so blessed! Then, to capture such a precious moment, I took out my lousy camera, "ka-cha", and saved this photo well inside my memory. 

And today, I found this Nuffnang's Youth Credit Card design contest, well I guess at least I should give this a try with my fortunate photo that blesses me along my adolescence period. I name this card as: "Yay! I Own Fortune!". The reasons why I choose this photo to be my design are:

1. The 4-leaf clover. A common idiom is "to be in clover", meaning to live a carefree life of ease, comfort, or prosperity. As long as you are bringing this card, this FORTUNE CARD, the fortune, prosper and luck will be following you all the time! You should just apply for this card! This is the LUCKY card that you should own!

2. The blue and bright sky. What you can think of with a blue sky? Freedom? No limitation? Sunny? Bright? Opportunity? Yea exactly, you can read my mind! Yea the sky is the home for birds, and we teenagers, are always seeking for freedom, we always wish that we are the birds, fly high and fly through every corners in the sky. The sky, is so huge and limitless. Opportunity is everywhere. What you have to do is be positive thinking and keep moving on! So every moment you see this card, it tells you not to give up, be steady up and move forward in life! Always preserve a optimistic thinking, as sun will still shine every morning, no matter how dark the night is! 

3. Maturity. Adolescence is the most valuable time in your life. You will be waving goodbye to your childhood and eagerly waiting to become a mature adult. There are many things you need to consider during this valuable time in your life. You need to think of how to manage your future life, so that you can be a great person, that contribute to the country, and bring proud to your family. For a youth credit card, I guess it should preserve some level of maturity, not just be funky and unrealistic. This card inspires you to think maturely whenever there is a problem occurred in life. You will be an adult soon, so it's time to train your thinking, to be able to think like an adult too!

Here's my brief idea on my design. I really hope to own a card like this as it seems like really will bring "Huat" and "Ong" to my life! I am blessed! HaHaHa!!! (Sorry la, Chinese memang superstitious a bit.) Thank for taking my time reading my idea, god bless to every contestant! And me! HaHaHa!

Nuffnang's Youth Credit Card Design

Oh is Sunday night again and sadly, I GOT WORK TOMORROW. What a sad news!!! I think all of us, no matter what collars you are or even school kids, will experience this kind of feeling during Sunday night, and Monday blue during first day of work or school of a week... Weekend is just too fast to get over like spaceshot and two days of weekend are seriously not enough for me... =/

I always want to write down what I have gone through in a week, what activities done with my love one, what nice food we have enjoyed, where we have been though both of us are also having internships, sadly I always feel tired after a day of work, and wish for more resting time instead of spending time writing on the blog... Sorry to say I am a lazy fellow, forgive me to update my blog so slowly and lazily...

I guess most of you have heard of Manhanttan Fish Market's promotion along last week, which is from 2-6 July 2012, about if you get yourself a set of Freesh 'n Cheese meal, you can get another identical set, at only RM30.70. Yes, both sets only cost you RM30.70(well of course additional charges are excluded). Drink and Soup of the day are included along with this meal. Here is the promotion flyer:

First of all, the promotion flyer is awesome right? Oh my taste buds starts to get activated by just looking at this flyer, and my saliva is slowly flowing down... Look so yummy!!! So I decided to enjoy this meal on 3 July, with my babe(means my hubby, hehe), after work. Though it was just second day of my internship, hmm what's wrong getting myself indulge in delicious food so that I have more energy for my work? And most important is, since me and my babe are only internees, we always search for promotional and yet nice food to feel our hunger. And I love enjoying all these with my babe. =3

The time we reached Manhattan Fish Market at Mid Valley, it was already 8pm and MFM(Manhanttan Fish Market) was still full of people! I nearly forgot that we need to show the liking of  the Facebook page of MFM to get this offer, so we search around for free wifi since we needed to queue up a bit for our turn. What I think was the prove to show liking of Facebook page was a bit troublesome since not everyone has a smartphone with internet access(And in Mid Valley, we hardly found any stable wifi around). After we successfully connected and got back to queue, within a few minutes, it was already our turn and we managed to take our seat. At that time, we were actually so hungry and yet tired since we were after work that day. The waiter served us within a minute we sat down, and straight away we ordered the promotion sets, not even needed to show the Facebook's liked page. Glad to see that. For me, if a company really wants to promote an offer, I don't think there is a need of setting rules to get the offer. For MFM, I am glad that there were still stocks available while it was already after 8pm. Else I would be very down of the waitress told me "Sorry we have run out of stock, please come again tomorrow." Luckily MFM din't let me down and I enjoy my meals happily. Great job MFM!

We din't really wait for a veryyyyy loooooong time for our meals to be served, just only waited like 8-10minutes. It was really efficient since at the same time, MFM was full of people and there were people waiting outside too. The contents in the Freesh 'n Cheese meal were as below:

1) Two slides of Deep Fried Dolly Fish

2) French Fries with sauce

3) Salad

4) Special sauce for flavor enhance

5) Drink

6) Soup of the day

First of all, I truly loved the Deep Fried Dolly Fish. The outer layer were so crunchy, and the fish meat underneath the fried layer, were so soft and fresh! Awesome taste for me, and the unknown sauce matched so perfectly with the fried dolly slides. Wondering what sauce was that? And the french fries with sauce, they enlightened me too, the fries were freshly made and were still hot, and were crunchy and thick in size as well. Just some small drawbacks on the salad, the sauce for salad were not enough and the portions were quite small. The service there was satisfied for us, but felt that we din't really have much interactions with those service staff, and yet we are charged for service. As overall, I love this promotions very much as we came with empty stomach, but we left with 100% fulfillment. 

Lots of patterns from my babe, I know he loved it too(<3). He hardly finished the meals as he said the portion was quite big for him. However, in the end, he still finished it without any leftover. (<3)
